29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

Both political parties and individual candidates that contested elections are elegible for receiving electoral reimbursements and subsidies for ordinary functioning; both parties and candidates can also refuse to receive the subsidies. Registration is not a prerequisite to receive public funding.
