Five days before the suspension of the electoral campaign political parties have free access to radio and television media owned by the state in designated electoral sessions lasting 30 minutes a day. The time will be distributed equally among all the political parties with candidates registered in the electoral process. The other half will be distributed in proportion to the number of Members in each parliamentary group in the Legislative Assembly from the last election. The political parties participating for the first time, shall have a time period equivalent to the party with the lowest time period distributed. During non-election periods, the sessions are monthly and last 60 minutes. The time will be allocated proportionally according to number of votes in the last election.
