National and regional public service providers shall publish ads of nominating organisations, local public service program providers shall publish ads of candidates from the 18th to the 3rd day before the elections, at least once, free of charge.
On the last day of the election campaign the program providers shall publish the political ads produced by nominating organisations and candidates, free of charge.
