32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

'Air time available to candidates is divided into two (02) fractions whose quota is determined by the media regulatory body: - A fraction of the time divided equally between all political parties, coalition of political parties or independent persons representing the lists of candidates; - A fraction of airtime allocated proportionally taking to account the parliamentary representation of political parties with presented lists of candidates.'
