32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

Article 16, para.  2  of the Law on Political Parties  nr. 294, of 21.12.2007

Only during the electoral campaigns. All political parties participating in the electoral campaign and their candidates for elective positions shall be given free of charge and in fair conditions in accordance with the law, airtime for public radio and television stations.
