31. What are the provisions on 'ear marking' direct public funding to political parties (how it should be used)?

Law on the payment of contributions to political parties 1984, Articles 1 - 4.

A fee of CHF 55 000 is allocated annually to each party represented in the Landtag to help them pursue purposes of political education, public relations and participation in public policy development.
