36. Is the provision of direct public funding to political parties tied to gender equality among candidates?

Article 46, para 4) of the electoral Code  nb. 1381  of 21.11.1997 (as of 29.12.2017)

Political parties that will respect the quota of at least 40% of women candidates submitted to uninominal constituencies will benefit from an increase of the budget support of at least 10% of the amount allocated of that party and a multiplication factor for each female candidate elected in the uninominal constituency according to the legislation on political parties and procedure established by the Central Electoral Commission.
