38. Is there a ban on vote buying?

election law No. 9.97 article 102, amended by Law No. 64.02, March 2003 

shall be punished by imprisonment from one year to five years and a fine of 5000 to 20000 Dirhams, or one of the two penalties. the penalty for candidates can be given for receiving a vote or group of votes of promises, gift, contribution of cash, promises of hiring them on public institutions, or other benefits intended to influence them to get their votes.
