"The amount of funds from private sources which are raised by the political entity for regular operation in the current calendar year may amount up to 100% of the funds belonging to it from the budgetary assets, in accordance with Article 11 paragraph 4 of this Law."

"Political entities may raise funds for financing of the election campaign costs from private sources only during the election campaign. Amount of funds from private sources raised by the political entity for the financing of the costs of the election campaign for the election of MPs or councillors shall not exceed the thirty-fold amount of funds belonging to it in terms of Article 14 paragraph 2 of this Law."
