The maximum limit of all expenditures from an electoral fund of a political party, or an electoral bloc shall not exceed 250 million rubles [I$ 13,960,000]. However, every year, beginning with January 1, 2004, the maximum level of all expenditures from the electoral fund of a political party, or an electoral bloc will be indexed to the rate of inflation.
