48. Do political parties have to report on their election campaign finances?

Section 70 of the Act defines that a source of funds or donations exceeding  M200,000 or such amount as the Commission may, by notice published in the Gazette, determine, shall, within a period of 7 days of its receipt, be disclosed to the Commission by the Treasurer of the political party concerned.
