52. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates reveal the identity of donors?

Not clear if non-campaign reports from political parties should include names of candidates. Names of donors should be reported in campaign reports, though only the names of those donating more than 500,000 tugriks [I$930] is published by the EMB.
