55. Which institution(s) receives financial reports from political parties and/or candidates?

Art. 209. - 'The candidate for the election of the President of the Republic or the list of candidates for elections is required to establish a campaign account tracing according to their origin and according to their nature all the revenue received and the expenditure made.
