62. What other institutions have a formal role in political finance oversight?

Public subsidies may be withheld by the Government if a political party does not comply with the obligations laid down in the Act on Political Parties (section 11). The decision to withhold public funds may be appealed to an administrative Court (ultimately the Supreme Administrative Court).
