62. What other institutions have a formal role in political finance oversight?

Article 28:
Any act of a political party contrary to law, public order, morality, to its statutes or having damaged the interests of one of its members or of a third party, may be annulled by the court of the Grand Instance within the jurisdiction of the commission of this act, at the request from the Public Ministry, the member or the third
interested. This judgment is subject to appeal.
