To exam the annual reports, the EMB can request technical support from the Audit Court at national and state levels; and to exam the campaign reports also from the branches of the Court at Federal District and municipal levels. The EMB has also signed agreements of cooperation with the Revenue Service to track down illicit donations or underreported donations.
