62. What other institutions have a formal role in political finance oversight?

(1) The contribution to the activity shall be paid by the Ministry of Finance at the request of the party and movement throughout the parliamentary term in four quarters of installments each year. The payment of the contribution to the activity can be paid only after the Office has informed the Ministry of Finance that the annual financial report of the party and the movement has been submitted within the deadline stated in § 19h and that it is complete. The first quarter installment shall be paid annually until 15 April each year, for the second quarter by 30 June each year, for the third quarter of each year by 15 October each year and by the fourth quarter by 1 December each year. The application is made for each installment separately.

(2) The Ministry of Finance shall suspend the payment of the installment of the contribution to the activity if: (a) annual financial report has not been submitted to the Office; (b) submitted annual financial report is incomplete, or (c) an action has been brought under Article 15.
