62. What other institutions have a formal role in political finance oversight?

(1) Political parties shall submit the letter of application for political parties funding to Minister of Home Affairs through Director-General of Political and Public Governance, a copy shall be submitted to Minister of Finance, Minister of Justice and Human Rights, and Chairman of General Election Commission."

"Section 482

(1) The state court shall review, judge, decide, and settle lawsuit against election criminal violations in no later than seven days after the lawsuit is filed and can be done without the presence of the defendant."
