58. What sanctions are provided for political finance infractions?

Vote buying in a parliamentary election, apart from possible fine and imprisonment, can lead to offender being banned certain positions. In case of the crime being committed in a municipal election the offender, apart from the risk of fine and imprisonment, is not allowed to hold a municipal office for two years.
