Article 34 ‘The party should not be dissolved unless there is a decision taken by (Amman Appeal Court) based on a complaint filed by the Committee in any of the following: 1. If the party violates any of the provisions set forth in paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article (16) of the Constitution. 2. If it is proved, in a criminal case, the party’s affiliation or link to a foreign entity.3. If the party accepted any fund from foreign entity. b. Amman Appeal Court may issue, upon the committee’s request, prompts decision in to suspend the party’s work during the period of reviewing the case, provided that the court issues its decision with regard the case within a period not exceeding three months as of the date of it was first registered in the court.'
