58. What sanctions are provided for political finance infractions?

Fines used for several violations. Vote buying can lead to guilty person banned from holding elected office or voting for seven years. Candidate cannot take up elected position until financial reports submitted. The EMB has the right to deregister political parties, but the conditions are not entirely clear.
