58. What sanctions are provided for political finance infractions?

If a person convicted of exceeding the limit for election expenses was elected at the election, and if the circumstances of the offence are serious, the court may declare the candidate?s election to be void. If the candiate has already taken his seat in the Legislative Assembly he is unseated.
