Article211.

AnIndependent National Electoral Commission with legal personality isestablished. The Independent National Electoral Commission is charged with theorganization of the electoral process, in particular the registration ofvoters, the maintenance of the electoral roll, voting operations, the countingof votes and any referendum. It ensures the regularity of the electoral andreferendum process. An organic lawestablishes the organization and the operation of the Independent National ElectoralCommission.
