Article 27. Functions and composition of the Electoral Commission

1. The Electoral Commission supervises the good operation of theelection process, in every referendum and election in the country, whethergeneral or local, ensuring its objectivity and the equality of opportunities ofall candidates. The General Council shall facilitate to the ElectoralCommission the necessary resources to develop its functions, including premisesfor meetings, attendance of experts or technicians, and allowances and bonuses forits members.
