Article 76.

There is herebyestablished an autonomous Electoral Commission to supervise the registration ofvoters, to conduct Presidential and Parliamentary elections and to review theboundaries of the constituencies into which Zambia is divided for the purposesof elections to the National Assembly.

Article 4 (2).

There is hereby established a Referendum Commission (hereinafter in thisAct referred to as 'the Commission') for the purpose of supervisingthe conduct of any referendum held pursuant to section two.
