Article 49

 (2) Where anissue to be decided in a referendum has been referred to the Commission undersubsection (1), the Commission shall frame the question or questions to bedetermined during the referendum.

 (3) TheCommission shall, in consultation with the Speaker of the relevant House, laythe question referred to in subsection (2) before the House for approval byresolution.

 (4) TheNational Assembly may approve one or more questions for a referendum.
