Art.87. Legislative Power of the National Assembly

The rights andduties of citizens and other persons may be determined by the National Assemblyonly by law.

Art. 88:Legislative Initiative

Laws may beproposed by the Government or by any deputy. Laws may also be proposed by atleast five thousand voters.
