Article 147. Issues Which May not Be Subject to RepublicanReferendum

 

The following shall not be submitted to a Republican referendum:
a) issues related to the state budget, taxes;
b) issues regarding amnesty or pardon;
c) extraordinary or emergency measures for ensuring public order,health or security;
d) electing, appointing or dismissing persons for/on/frompositions which is the competence of Parliament, Government or President of the Republic of Moldova;
e) issues of judicial and prosecution bodies competence.
