Article 6. Referendum Requirements ofProposed Laws, Other Enactments and Draft Resolutions

2. Theproposed draft resolution on a referendum shall indicate:

2) thetext of the law proposed for a referendum, text of another enactment or text ofan issue to be deliberated, whichconcerns an issue (resolution) on the life of the State or of the People;

1. 50 tūkstančių Lietuvos Respublikos piliečių, turinčiųrinkimų teisę, gali teikti Seimui įstatymo projektą ir jį Seimas privalosvarstyti.
