Article 122: Of theMatters That May Not Be the Object of

[a] Referendum

[The following]may not be object of [a] referendum:

1. internationalrelations, treaties, international conventions or agreements;

2. expropriations;

3. the nationaldefense;

4. the limitationsof the real estate property;

5. the mattersrelative to the tax, monetary and banking systems, the contracting of loans[contrataci?n de empr?stitos], the National General Budget, and

6. the national, thedepartmental and the municipal elections.
