Article 2. Questions which are not the subject of the referendum
Questions cannot be the subject of the referendum:
about change of territorial integrity of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
about the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and taxes;
about amnesty and pardon;
about emergency and urgent measures on providing the public order, health and safety of the population;
about accomplishment of the obligations following from international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
connected with appointment and release of officials.
