Thequestion (draft decision) offered for the referendum, taking into account theconclusion by the Ministry of Justice and the Office of the Prosecutor Generalof the Republic of Belarus, and the composition of the initiative group shallbe registered by the Central Commission. Registrationshall be refused in the event of a violation of legislation requirements.
Anappeal against a refusal to register the initiative group may be filed within amonth with the Supreme Court of the Republic of by the head of the initiativegroup.
Article116. Consideration of the Initiative of the Citizens on the Holding of theRepublican Referendum

TheCentral Commission shall reject the proposal on the holding of the referendumand shall inform about this the initiative group and the President of theRepublic of Belarus in cases of:
? violation of the term of collection ofcitizens? signatures;
? absence of the required number of signatures;
? detection of violations of the voluntaryprinciple in the course of collection of signatures found out as established bythe Central Commission;
? submission by the initiative group of morethan fifteen per cent of inauthentic signatures of the total number of citizens?signatures verified in the signature lists;
? finding in the submitted documents of otherviolations of the requirements of this Code and of other legislation acts ofthe Republic of Belarus.
