Article 65.

1. The resolution of the Sejm or an order of thePresident of the Republic on holding a referendum shall describe:

1) the legal basis of executing the referendum;

2) the content of questions or variants of solutionsof the issue being subject

of the referendum;

3) the date of the referendum;

4) the time limits for performance of activitiesprovided to execute the referendum.

4. A referendum is held no later than the 90th dayafter proclamation of a resolution or order, referred to in paragraph 1.
