ARTICLE 22. The Content of the Resolution on calling theReferendum.
On the resolution on calling the referendum the following shall be defined:date of the referendum;the title of the draft of the Law or resolution; the content of the questionfor referendum.
The date for the all-Ukrainian referendum shall be appointed no earlierthan 3 and no later than 4 months before its conduct.
