ARTÍCULO 65. MOTIVACIÓN DE LA REVOCATORIA. El formulario de solicitud de convocatoria a la votación para la revocatoria, deberá contener las razones que la fundamentan, por la insatisfacción general de la ciudadanía o por el incumplimiento del programa de Gobierno.
