Article87.

Thevoting for recall shall be held within 30 days commencing from the day when theestablishment of the proposal of recall is announced. However, it shall not beheld at the same time while the voting for election is held.

Article 73.

The Central Election Commission shall have the voting forrecall completed within 60 days commencing from the day after receiving thestatement of reasons for recall and the statement of defense transferred fromthe Legislative Yuan. However, it shall not be held at the same time while thevoting for another election is held.

 

Comment

Forthe recall of elected civil servants, voting is to be held 30 daysafter it is qualified for the ballot. Forthe recall of the President or Vice-President, voting is to be held 60days after it is qualified for the ballot.
