Article 91.

Afterthe process of voting, the election commission shall, within 7 days after thevoting is finished, issue a public notice to announce the result of the votingfor recall. If the proposal of recall is adopted, the person recalled shall beremoved from the position on the day when the public notice is issued.
After a proposal of recall referred to in thepreceding  Paragraph is adopted, if aby-election shall be held according to relevant provisions, the voting forby-election shall be completed within 3 months commencing from the day when theresult of the voting for recall is announced. However, if a recall lawsuit israised, no by-election shall be held before the judicial proceeding ends.

Article 68.

In case of vacancy of Vice President, the President shallnominate candidates within 3 months for the Legislative Yuan to carry out theby-election.
