Article92.

Where a proposal of recall is adopted, the person recalledmay not be the candidate for the same kind of civil servants within 4 yearscommencing from the day when he / she is removed from the position; thisprovision shall also apply if he / she resigns during the proceeding of aproposal of recall.
If a proposal of recall is vetoed, no otherproposal of recall may be raised against the identical person within the tenureof the aforesaid person.

Article78.

If the proposal of recall is adopted, the person recalled maynot be the candidate for President or Vice President within 4 years commencingfrom the day when he/she is removed from the position; this provision shallalso apply if he/she resigns after the proposal of recall is announced to beestablished.
If the proposal of recall is denied, proposal ofrecall may not be raised against the person recalled any more within the tenureof the person recalled.
