Section14, sub-section 1: Every Finnish citizen who hasreached eighteen years of age has the right to vote in national elections andreferendums. Specific provisions in this Constitution shall govern theeligibility to stand for office in national elections.

Section 6 – Thecontents of a statement of support
A statement of support must include:
1) the title and dateof the citizens' initiative;
2) the complete name,date of birth and municipality of residence of the signatory;
3) an affirmation by the signatory that he or she is aFinnish citizen entitled to vote and that he or shehas submitted only one statement of support for the same initiative;
4) the date of thestatement of support.
