Article 7.

Any citizen of the ROCreaching 20 years of age shall have the right of referendum, unless thedeclaration of guardianship has yet been revoked.

 

Article 8.

A person having the right ofreferendum who has lived in a specific municipality or county (city) of the ROCfor not less than 6 months may be the proposer, joint signer and voter of aproposal of national, municipal or county (city) referendum respectively.

Article 81.

The joint signers of a proposal of recall shall be theelectors in the original electoral district where the person recalled has beenelected, and the number of signers shall be not less than 13% of the totalelectors in the original electoral district.
If the calculated percentage of proposersreferred to in the preceding Paragraph has a decimal mantissa, it shall berounded to the ones place by transfer method.
The proposers may not be the joint signers ofthe same proposal of recall. The number of proposers and of joint signers shallbe calculated separately.

 

Comment

No signatures by electors are required for the recall of President or Vice-president.
