Artikel 9a. Vormvereisten metbetrekking tot burgerinitiatieven

Om eenburgerinitiatief voor onderzoek door de commissie in  aanmerking te doen komen, dient hetburgerinitiatief te bevatten:

a.      naam, adres, geboortedatum en handtekening van een of meer natuurlijkpersonen;

b.     een bijlage waaruit blijkt dat ten minste 40 000 natuurlijke personen hetvoorstel steunen door bekendmaking van hun naam, geboortedatum en handtekening;

c.      een nauwkeurige omschrijving van het voorstel alsmede een nauwkeurigemotivering daarvan.

Artikel 10. Bijzonderevoorwaarden met betrekking tot  burgerinitiatieven

Eenburgerinitiatief komt slechts voor onderzoek door de  commissie in aanmerking indien de personenbedoeld in het vorige  artikelkiesgerechtigd zijn voor de verkiezing van de leden van de

Kamer.

Article 54

(1) The members of the Lower Houseshall be elected directly by Dutch nationals who have attained the age ofeighteen, with the exception of any Dutch nationals who may be excludedby Act of Parliament by virtue of the fact that they are not resident in theNetherlands.

(2) Anyone who hascommitted an offence designated by Act of Parliament and has been sentenced asa result by a final and conclusive judgment of a court of law to a custodialsentence of not less than one year and simultaneously disqualified from votingshall not be entitled to vote.
