Where can proposals be signed?

Regardingthe Citizens? initiative, the Law on Nationwide Referendum does not specifywhere the signatures can be collected. When it comes to Agenda initiative it isalso not specified where the signatures can be collected but there is arequirement that in the place of collection full text of the proposed law mustbe available. So, the assumption is that signatures can signed anywhere.
