What information must signatories provide when signing the proposal?

Palau National Code Annotated Title 23 Chapter 20 deals withpetitions to amend the Constitution: section 2002 requires each signatory to ‘personally sign or affix his orher mark’ plus that the petition include details to locate them (‘for eachsignatory there must also appear … the signatory’s name, residence address(including hamlet or city, and state, or an explanation of how to locate placeof residence), telephone number, and other information that would assist inlocating him or her, if necessary, to verify the signature’).
