Article57
Avoter shall record the following information when signing the
signaturesheet:
•forename, surname, patronymic, date of birth;
•address of residence;
•ID or substitute document serial and batch number and date
ofissue; and
•date of signature.
Thisinformation may be recorded on the signature sheet by the person collectingsignatures. This information shall be recorded by hand and its confidentialityensured.
