Signatures can be collected anywhere but the exceptions specified in theact within 120 days after it has been verified by an attestation clause. Thefact that the data for exact authorisation of the citizen collecting supportingstatements shall be indicated on the form is the condition of its validity andguarantees the credibility of supporting statements collected on the form.

Voters cannot withdraw their supporting statements for the initiation. Ifthey supported it more times, only one of the supporting statements will bevalid, all the others will be annulled.

No supporting statements can be collected 40 days before and after thegeneral elections.
