Article 115. Collection of Signatures of Citizens

The signature list shall be certified by the member of the initiative group who collected the signatures. To certify the signature list, the member of the initiative group shall put his/her signature and date of signing as well as indicate the surname andinitials.
It shall be forbidden to exertcoercion toward the citizens of the Republic of Belarus with the purpose ofobtaining their signatures for subscription sheets, and to use illegalpractices for collecting signatures.
Article 136. Procedure of Collecting Electors' Signatures in Support of Proposal to Initiate the Question on Recalling a Deputy
Collection of electors' signatures shall be performed only by the members of the initiative group. A signature list shallcontain only the signatures of the electors who live on the territory of theelectoral district in which the question has been initiated to recall a deputy.
In respect to the elector supporting the proposal on initiating the recall of a deputy, the signature list shall include the surname, first name,and patronymic, the date of birth, place of residence, series and number of thepassport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus or details of anotherdocument designated by the Central Commission. The information on this citizen is to be enteredinto the list by hand. The citizen will date this information with his own hand.The signatures are to be numbered.

An elector shall be entitled to puthis signature only in one signature list and only for himself personally.
