Section 92. Falsification of Signature Collection, Election andNational Referendum Documents, Miscount of Votes and Violation of the Right ofSecret Ballot
For a person who commits falsification of signature collection for theinitiation of election or national referendum or for supporting of the EuropeanCitizens’ Initiative, or falsification of election or national referendumdocuments, or knowingly miscounting votes, as well as knowingly commitsviolation of the right of secret ballot, where committed by a State official ora member of the Election Committee,
the applicable punishment is deprivation of liberty fora term not exceeding four years or temporary deprivation of liberty, orcommunity service, or a fine, with deprivation of the right to take up a specificoffice for a term not exceeding five years.
