Who checks the signatures?

66.3. Upon acceptingdocuments, election commissions shallverify each folder by affixing a stamp. Then election commissions shallcheck the conformity of the quantity of signature sheets with protocols onresults of the collection of voters’ signatures. Then, election commissionsshall provide authorized representatives of initiators of establishing of acampaign group on referendum with written notification of acceptance ofelection documents and with an indication of the numbers of signatures sheetsand announced the numbers of signatories signatures therein and time ofacceptance. If relevant documents submitted by these persons to the relevantelection commission before expired time as mentioned in Article 66.2 of thisCode, the acceptance of these cannot be refused and there will not be anyrestriction for the entrance of authorized representative of initiators ofcampaign group on referendum to the relevant building (room).
66.4. Registration of a campaign group onreferendum shall be is conducted after submission of voters’ signatures to therelevant election commission.
