PART XI—COMPLAINTS ANDAPPEALS
On hearinga petition under subsection (1), the High Court –
(a) Shall subject to subsection 3, make such order or orders as it thinksfit
(b) In its absolute discretion, mayor may not condemn any to pay cost in accordance with its own assessment of themerits of the complaint.
Comment
Nofilling fee or deposit fee if case is lodged to the Electoral Commission but ifit’s an appeal to the High Court, then party appealing may be required to pay.
