Filing fee/deposit amount (in local currency)

Article22 of the law 345/10,06,1976, Official Gazette vol. A issue 141

A fee is required in order to submit a complaint document before theSpecial Supreme Court. This fee shall be equal to the fee required by theSupreme Court for the same type of document.

The fee amounted to approximately to 38 Euros duringthe last electoral period (2012). The Special Supreme Court is an ad-hoc bodyso it does not have its own Fee Catalogue. Therefore, it uses the one of theSupreme Court. The nominal amount might change each year due to the foreseeableupdating of fees by the Supreme Court.
